There is private access to a stretch of beach that is great for boogie boarding, playing in the waves, and surfing the "boom". The house has 2 bedrooms (with A/C), 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen/living area and pool!. Go fishing, surfing, horseback riding, explore local beaches, or hang in hammocks near the pool with family or friends. The property has 2 houses, both houses can be rented by one larger group (ie. two families travelling together), email us for prices for both dwellings. If you only rent one of the houses, the other will not be rented out at the same time to a different group.
The remote nature of this area in North Western Nicaragua makes for a quiet and authentic Nicaraguan experience. Renting a car is recommended. Chinandega is the closest major city and is about a 45 minute drive from the property. You will need to stock up on groceries and supplies there. Some supplies (bottled water, basic food, beer) can be obtained locally.
