A newly built 3 bedroom 2 washroom (an extra shower outside) house. The house has a great patio facing the ocean. As well there is shady area behind for the afternoons. A view of the ocean to your west and at dawn you can watch the sunrise. The ocean is 120 meters from the house and the beaches are empty. Outside of the main cities, it's a great escape for people looking for a safe, relaxing Nicaraguan experience. The house is spacious and beautiful - perfect for a group of friends or a family vacation. If you desire to experience an authentic Nicaraguan small village, meet local people, surf incredible waves by yourself, or walk along an empty beach then this is for you. There is a small restaurant Las Palmeras next door with excellent food. As well, you can ask our caretaker's wife to cook for you. She is a good cook and very cheap.
