Walking along the lovely stretch of sandy beach either in the morning or at sunset is indescribable. You have direct private access to the beach from the villa. The pool is large with infinity edge and next to a fabulous tiki/rancho with lovely seating, unique outdoor kitchen with 42" alfresco grill, gas burners, refrigerator with drawers and sink. Enjoy a swim with a drink next to the pool. The property offers a full breakfast - choice of continental or local Nicaraguan - breakfast is optional and not included in the price. Dolores the cook/housekeeper can cook any meals for you at a nominal extra cost of $20 a day if you wish. This is an OPTIONAL service. You supply the groceries and she will do the cooking for you.
