This big house is located on the nature resort lake Laguna de apoyo between the colonial city of Granada and Masaya. The lake is a protected area with over 95% forest around the lake. It is an extinct volcano ,converted into a lake from the rainwater . Crystal clear unpolluted water full of fishes and birds ,with monkeys hanging in the trees and many other wild animals .
We are located below the church ,1 minute from the lake shore with many empty beaches to the left and a number of local beach bar-restaurants a few minutes to the right, bus and sharetaxi connection to the city, good road all the way.
Wifi and cable tv in the be shared livingroom and the big covered terraces with lake views, shared kitchen use ,small and big private room ,some with private bath room some shared, small garden bungalows under the mango trees , big families with children and pets are welcome .Special long term rates with all meals included ,in case you do not want to cook yourself .
