Island Roots is a beautiful Family Hostel located in one of the prettiest and safest areas of Corn Island, a neighbourhood with strong Creole heritage called South End. Here you can enjoy comfortable rooms, a large and lovely garden, as well as spacious and cosy common areas that will make you feel at home. We are constantly seeking to make our hostel more beautiful, more cozy and more special. Right now, we have a jungle shower, hammocks all over the big property, a fireplace, a garden and a little ranch for you to enjoy. At Island Roots we seek to create a meeting point between the traveller, the amazing Caribbean landscapes and the local community, Come to Island Roots Hostel and enjoy the best of Corn Island.
We are located in Big Corn Island, in the Caribbean Sea. This island is not really big and the main attraction is with no doubt the nature and the beach of the island. We are located in the Northeastern of the Island, near to Parque Municipal Rodrigo Campbell, Restaurante Relax and Pizzeria Italia. Tourism here is still in an early stage, so you will be able to discover the very best nature and beaches of Nicaragua in a really relaxing environment.
We offer diverse type of accommodation adapted to all kind od travellers and guests. We have economic dorms for those venturesome travellers that are looking to discover new places and living new experiences. We have as well more private accommodation for guests that are looking for more relaxing events an holidays. In addition, we have some common areas where travellers and guest can get together and meet each other.
