The Space:
Our home offers two bedrooms and bathrooms; both with high-quality mattresses. Our home can host up to 9 guests in total due to the following layout:
We have one large primary bedroom with a king-sized mattress. As well as two bunk beds that include queen-sized mattresses on the bottom and single-sized mattresses for the top bunk. We also have a full-sized floor mattress in the onsite-closet that can sleep two additional people comfortably in any shared space of the home, living room, bedroom or enclosed terrace.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home with a private entrance and designated parking in front of the home. Please note that while the unit is private, there are two studio apartments below, so the grounds are shared spaced.
Our home offers large open-spaces, tranquil bedrooms and bathrooms. Our kitchen comes fully-equipped with a gas stove and oven combination with all stainless steel appliances, including a large fridge.
For guests who may be interested, we have a local contact who can pre-stock the home with fresh, local juice and also another contact who provide cooking services (preparing food in advance to stock in the home or discuss preparing meals). We also have contacts with locals who offer surfing and local tours. If interested, please let us know we can set up introductions.
The Neighborhood:
This home offers the perfect proximity to the local town and beach! Only a 10 minute walk to the beach but with access to the main road for easily navigating around town with a rental car. Guests are right near Playa Pelada and also are walking distance to a local coffee shop and kids play area.
The local beach offers world-class surf and is one of the most popular local surfing destinations. A favorite of locals for surf is Marbella and for those who love nature you can spot baby and adult turtles throughout the year. Seasonally guests can experience "arribada" (arrival), which is a natural phenomenon that usually runs from mid-November to mid-April. Guests can see hundreds of baby turtles arriving to the water for the first time.
Beautiful trails surround the property; perfect for a relaxing hike or an active run. Guests can fully explore the local wildlife using these trails--floral, fauna and animals such as monkeys.

Getting Around:
The home is located off a main road; easily accessible by all cars. We recommend utilizing a rental car to get to and from the house.
For local experiences we recommend guests try La Luna, one of the prime local restaurants. Organico, the local super-market which includes organic and fresh food selections, is ideal for guests grabbing a snack on the way to the beach or cooking for themselves at the house. There is also a local public pool called Organico-Cafe (in front of the super-market) with mini-golf. This spot is great for guests who are traveling with families and would like to both explore the local community and amenities.

Check-In & Identity Verification Policy
All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes:
