Summary: We stayed in Wantilan 6 and it might be the most stunning view I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff were incredible, quickly learning our names and always willing to help no matter what we needed. The room itself was slightly underwhelming. Poor lighting, lacklustre air-conditioning and we really weren’t fond of the natural holes in our timber flooring within the shower. They also failed to supply any bathroom extras you’d usually expect in a 5 star hotel - like cotton buds etc. although I suspect they would have brought us anything we requested. Sometimes it’s nice to have them in the room though. Upon checkout we were given access to a spare vacant room to shower before our 11pm flight which was an exceptional extra. I’ve never had a hotel offer this and it truely impressed me. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel. Not sure it hits all of the 5 star marks you’d expect but if you’re into insane views, sustainability and staff who go the extra mile, then you’ll love Suarga.
