Yes, we have private access to one of the premier surf spots in Nicaragua (Playa Yankee) and yes, the sunsets are to die for. We also have a fully furnished modern kitchen, AC in all the bedrooms, hot water and a private pool. All that is true.
That said, what you are going to like most, is that wave of tranquility that washes over you when you realize you get to do it all over again tomorrow.
The property is located 25 minutes south of San Juan del Sur. Newly constructed in 2022, the house is fully equipped with AC in the bedrooms, hot water and WiFi throughout.
Outside, the large pool, patio and yoga area has something for everyone.
Guests will love our open-air dining area with wonderful sea views and breathtaking sunsets.
The Villa is 5 minutes walk from Playa Yankee (private access), a magnificent wild beach, more intimate for swimming and surfing!
Please be aware that there are several steep unpaved hills between us and San Juan del Sur. Vehicles without 4x4 will find it difficult or impossible to reach the house.
