Summary: Very disappointed with our stay. We literally killed more than twenty mosquitos in our room in a matter of minutes. The staff said to use the room towels for the pool and to call for service once we needed cleaned ones. When we called they only provided two towels for four people and only brought more after I brought the wet ones to the lobby. Last but not least, there were roaches in the bathroom!
