We are the "tranquilo" traveler's choice in León, a home base from which you head out to discover our lovely colonial town, its tropical beaches and steaming volcanoes. A place to return to with lots of impressions after a day out. A place where we treat each other like family. A stay at Tortuga Booluda includes the following perks: 2 breakfast options (pancake & banana or Nica = rice, beans and egg), coffee all day, filtered water, wifi, instruments, use of our book exchange and pool. We have an honour-system bar: grab whatever you want from the fridge and write it down on your tab.
We are located 3 and a half blocks West from the main park, in a safe residential street. All the city's attractions are just a short walk away and you can find many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The famous Cathedral of Leon is just a few minutes away and the same goes for other attractions such as Museo de Leyendas y Tradiciones and art museum Fundación Ortiz Gurdián.
We offer a selection of comfortable rooms (some with A/C, some with fans) sleeping between 1 and 4 people as well as a 10-bed dorm. All prices include a breakfast, all day coffee, and the use of all our facilities.Our staff are happy to help you with tours, shuttles or any other info you may need. There is a receptionist at the front desk 24/7!
