The villa is surrounded by a covered porch with sitting areas perfect for reading, napping or sipping a cocktail in the tropical breeze. Bring a book or two and quiet your mind in a lounger, rocking chair or hammock.
The private plunge pool is the perfect place for kids to splash the day away. Your Vista Paraiso vacation also includes access to the 1 resort lap pool, which are open daily from 7 am to sundown.
There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, espresso machine and unlimited coffee.
The attached living room includes a flat screen TV and comfortable seating for 8. It's the perfect place to enjoy some Netflix after a day of exploring.
Each of the Vista Paraiso’s 3 bedrooms has a private entrance with terrace plus spacious ensuite bathrooms with hot water rainfall showers. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have king beds. The third bedroom has two queen beds. Our quality mattresses, pillows and linens ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
While Vista Paraiso’s 3 bedrooms have space for 8 guests, a futon sofa bed in the living room means it can house up to 10 guests. Vista Paraiso can be rented along with other Casa de Cooper villas to accommodate a family reunion or milestone celebration with friends.
Your Vista Paraiso vacation includes access to th1 Pelican Eyes community pools. The Lap pool is located located a short 5-minute walk from the villa and open daily from 7 am until sundown.
I live a couple minutes from the villa. I am available before and during your stay to give advice, make reservations for excursions and provide any other assistance you may need. Our property manager Gabriel is onsite throughout the day Monday through Saturday.
We are accessible from town on foot in 15 minutes for anyone with a good level of fitness. A 3-minute taxi ride to or from town makes the home ideal for all ages of guests at any fitness level.
Our central location provides easy access to the many in-town restaurants, bars, shops and nearby beaches.
The Augusto C Sandino International Airport in Managua is a 2.5 hour drive away. Alternately, you can fly into the Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport in Liberia. With border crossing travel time is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Depending on the number of passengers and time of day of travel taxi fare to and from town ranges from $3 - $5 USD.
Our cleaning staff is being extra diligent in disinfecting the property – before guests arrive and after guests depart -- with particular attention to high touch items and hard surfaces. To allow the extra time needed for this enhanced cleaning protocol, we will ensure a minimum of 24 hours between reservations.
To limit non-essential contact between staff and guests, we have temporarily suspended our daily housekeeping service except in an emergency.

The last 300 meters of road to Casa de Cooper is uphill and unpaved. Extra care is required for guests arriving in low clearance vehicles and compact cars.
